AbstractAnomalous right coronary artery from the left coronary sinus was associated with inferior wall ischemia. There were extensive left-to-right collaterals. This is the first documentation of collateral circulation in this anomaly, extending its pathophysiologic spectrum to include this response to ischemia that is well-known in atherosclerotic disease.
