AbstractSecond-look laparoscopy is an important tool to evaluate the results of a given reproductive surgery or the efficacy of ancillary measures used during surgery. The efficacy of this technique to improve intrauterine pregnancy rates, however is still unclear. Late second-look laparoscopy does not enhance the pregnancy rate but the efficacy of early second-look laparoscopy remains to be seen in an ethical and randomized controlled trial.
