    AbstractWe present the first case of myocardial contusion secondary to blunt chest trauma with injury in two different areas, with and without coronary lesions. The akinesis of the anterolateral wall was secondary to the obstruction of the left anterior descending coronary artery and the severe hypokinesis of the posterior wall, without lesion of the right coronary artery, was probably related with the compression between the sternum and vertebral column.
