AbstractDuring pregnancy increased incidence of maternal cardiac arrhythmias is observed. We reported a 31 year old primipara after two incidents of cardiac arrest due to ventricular fibrillation during pregnancy at 10th and 16th week of gestation. The implantable cardioverter defibrillator was implanted at the 19th week of gestation. There was no complication after ICD implantation. A healthy child was born by cesarean section at 38th week of gestation.
