    AbstractThis case report describes a patient with anergic pulmonary tuberculosis who presented with pyrexia of unknown origin and vasculitis. He did not exhibit any pulmonary symptoms at his initial presentation and developed acute myelocytic leukaemia, a recognised association, during the subsequent course of his illness.
