    AbstractPrognosis for fulminant myocarditis with cardiogenic shock refractory to conventional therapy is poor. This report describes mechanical circulatory support with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation as an effective alternative for treating fulminant myocarditis with circulatory collapse.
