AbstractA patient with Kugelberg-Welander disease presented as an unexpected difficult intubation. Tracheal intubation was achieved through the laryngeal mask airway, while regurgitation was prevented with continuous cricoid pressure. Regurgitation occurred after cricoid pressure was released.
