AbstractSmall cell cervical cancer is a rare, but important for its distinct biological properties and clinical behaviour, neoplasm. It is both morphologically, and clinically aggressive, in many aspects resembling small cell lung cancer. This paper discusses the present knowledge about biology and treatment of this rare malignancy.
