AbstractMetastatic hepatocellular carcinoma in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is rare. We report the case of a 71-year-old male afflicted with hepatocellular carcinoma with metastasis in the maxillary sinus and nasal cavity. He underwent radiation therapy with a total dose of 36 Gy, but he died of terminal liver failure. The possible metastatic route and prognosis of metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma in the sinonasal tract are discussed.
