    AbstractDiabetes and dyslipidaemia are two common comorbid conditions encountered in clinical practice. This review discusses the screening, investigations, non-pharmacological and pharmacological management of dyslipidaemia in type 2, type 1, and pre-diabetes, with a view to improving cardiovascular outcomes. The paper highlights certain simple dos and don'ts which may be useful for our cultural and clinical setting.
