    AbstractThe Koh cup--a component of the CooperSurgical Koh Colpotomizer system, which is used in some surgeries of the uterus-may detach during removal of the system from the patient, presenting the risk that it will be retained in the patient following surgery. Users should confirm that the system is intact when it is removed from the patient.
