AbstractA middle-aged man suffered a recurrent right pneumothorax with a prolonged air leak due to diffuse bullous emphysema of the lung. On December 19, 2001, he underwent a successful conservative resection of the bullae with a local application of a gelatin-resorcin-formalin biological glue.
