AbstractA case of bullet embolus from a pulmonary vein to the right axillary artery is reported. Though bullet embolization is unusual, it should be considered in any patient who has sustained a gunshot wound and does not have an exit wound, and whose plain films demonstrate a bullet far from the suspected path of the projectile.
