    AbstractThe authors have described a perforation of the colon, diagnosed during the course of cesarean section, performed as an emergency operation in 31stweek of pregnancy, in a woman with undiagnosed Lesniowski-Crohn disease. The post operation course was complicated and required a partial resection of the bowel.
