    AbstractWe could perform endotracheal intubation in three patients whose ventilation had been anticipated possible preoperatively but endotracheal intubation impossible, using a fiberoptic bronchoscope while ventilating via Patil-Syracuse mask. This method is an alternative in a "can ventilate/cannot intubate" situation.
