    AbstractA 56-year-old man presented with acute pancreatitis and electrocardiographic abnormalities, suggesting acute inferior myocardial infarction. An emergent coronary angiogram showed normal coronary arteries. The clinical significance and therapeutic implications of this rare finding are discussed.
