AbstractAn adult patient with a congenital bicuspid aortic valve, an aneurysm, and a calcific atherosclerotic plaque of the ascending aorta, underwent an aortic valve replacement, a vertical reduction aortoplasty, an endarterectomy, and a distal external synthetic wrapping.
