AbstractWe performed a successful Batista operation with aortic valve replacement (AVR), graft replacement of the ascending aorta, and tricuspid annuloplasty for a patient with valvular cardiomyopathy with severe aortic stenosis, an ascending aortic aneurysm, and grade 3 tricuspid regurgitation.
