AbstractWe present 6 cases of infection with Histoplasma capsulatum that have been uncommonly or not previously reported. Our case reports include unusual manifestations of H. capsulatum presenting as meningitis, the immune reconstitution syndrome, relapsing pericarditis, and scleroconjunctivitis.
