    AbstractThe constitutionality of criminal prohibitions on physician-assisted death has become one of the most fascinating issues. The Supreme Court viewed a judicial injunction enforcing access to an abortion clinic as "content neutral" and not subject to heightened scrutiny under the First Amendment.
