AbstractA Nodular Melanoma of the foot is a relatively uncommon disease, which accounts for the dearth of literature. The anatomical location of a primary malignant melanoma is of prognostic importance as primary lesions of the foot and ankle have poorer prognostic outcomes. This single case reports a life-threatening presentation, of a primary nodular melanoma of the foot with associated distant metastases of the skeletal system, organs and lymph nodes.Copyright © 2012 Elsevier Ltd.
