AbstractTraumatic pulmonary pseudocysts (TPPs) are rare sequelae of blunt chest trauma. Young adults and adolescents are predominantly affected. In this study, two cases of TPPs in young patients are presented. Chest radiographs are usually insufficient for the diagnosis, and the imaging modality of choice is computed tomography (CT). TPPs are self-limiting, benign lesions that usually require no specific therapy. Surgical treatment is indicated in rare instances and only when complications occur.
