AbstractGallstone-induced ileus is a rare complication of cholelithiasis, and gastric outlet obstruction is even rarer. We describe the multidetector computed tomographic diagnosis of small bowel obstruction resulting from a gallstone impacted in the distal ileum and of gastric outlet obstruction from a gallstone impacted in the pyloric antrum (Bouveret syndrome).
