AbstractOsteosarcoma is a frequently fatal complication of Paget's disease of bone typically manifesting radiographically as a lytic lesion with soft tissue extension. A clinically worrisome, but benign manifestation of Paget's disease simulating malignancy because of an extraosseous mass is reported.
