    AbstractBilateral traumatic hemorrhage of the basal ganglia is an extremely rare neuropathologic entity. Bilateral basal ganglia hemorrhage secondary to blast injury has not described before. We report a case with bilateral basal ganglia hemorrhage secondary to explosion.
