AbstractWe report a case in which a high-velocity paint pellet injury to the eye ruptured the posterior lens capsule. In the setting of blunt trauma, posterior capsule rupture has rarely been reported. Recognizing such a rupture allows the surgeon to plan the best surgical approach.
