AbstractThe care of pregnant women with disorders of glucose metabolism is a satisfying part of diabetes care but outcomes remain less than ideal. The evidence base to improve care has grown over subsequent decades and clinicians will welcome up-to-date NICE guidance on this topic. This review looks at the guidance from the perspective of a secondary care diabetes team.
