AbstractVascular surgical patients have an increased perioperative risk for cardiovascular complications because of high incidence of cardiovascular risk factors. Cardiovascular risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, heart failure have to be identified and treated.© Georg Thieme Verlag Stuttgart · New York.
