AbstractThe authors report a rare case of palmar lunate transscaphoid fracture-dislocation resulting from a palmar flexion injury. After performing an open reduction of the lunate, they used a dorsal approach to fix the fractured scaphoid with a Herbert screw. A Kirschner wire fixation was also performed to stabilize the lunotriquetral joint.
