AbstractThis article describes the pleural adhesion managements in the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS). We have operated the VATS successfully and developed a new technique for management of diffuse cellulose symphysis. We used this technique in 3 patients for treatment of lung diseases. No death and no complications occurred. Comparing with control group, the chest tube drainage time and hospital stay are not significant difference.
