AbstractIntussusception due to an inverted Meckel's diverticulum is considered a rare occurrence. We present a case of a 37-year-old male with anemia and melena due to an inverted Meckel's diverticulum at the base of an ileoileal intussusception. To our knowledge, this is the first case in which small bowel enema, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging showed the pathology.
