AbstractPseudoankylosis of the mandible after a transtemporal operation is rare. In patients with severely limited mouth opening, a transzygomatic approach is the approach of choice. We report a case of pseudoankylosis of the mandible that was successfully treated by transzygomatic coronoidectomy.
