AbstractThe intra/extracardiac conduit technique for the Fontan procedure has important advantages relative to the extracardiac conduit. Fenestration is easily achieved and there is less risk of injury to the crista terminalis, so that the risk of late atrial arrhythmias may be reduced.Copyright © 2011 Elsevier Inc.
