    AbstractThis paper reports an unusual case of orthopedic trauma in a 29-year-old man who experienced concomitant bilateral anterior shoulder fracture dislocation with associated brachial plexus and axillary artery injury. We also highlight the mechanism underlying this rare workplace injury related to use of a forklift.
