AbstractOvarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is one of the most serious complication of controlled ovarian stimulation. Cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, death and vascular thrombotic events associated with OHSS had been reported. We report a case of a patient with myocardial infarction associated with OHSS.
