    AbstractLeft ventricular pseudoaneurysm is a nonfrequent complication of acute myocardial infarction. We describe a case of a patient with previous cardiac surgery and recent inferior myocardial infarction, who developed severe congestive heart failure due to a giant pseudoaneurysm of the inferoposterior wall.
