    AbstractIn a group of 40 patients after abdominal operations a high effectiveness was noted of infiltrations anaesthesia of the postoperative wound with 0.5% bupivacaine solution for alleviation of pain and reduction of requirements for narcotics in early postoperative period (randomized study).
