AbstractThe conducted analysis for the place and the role of the oncological principles in the gynecological practice shows, that the implementation of the united oncological doctrine has as a task to provide the necessary quality of diagnostics, treatment and follow-up for these localisations. This doctrine is necessary to be valid for the all levels of health system, while the precondition for her realization appears the standards for the good medical practice and the fulfillment of the requirements of the National health insurance company for the relevant clinical pathways.
