    AbstractA Univent bronchial blocker tube was used in a ten-year-old patient undergoing videothoracoscopy. Paediatric Univent tubes offer an alternative to balloon-tipped catheters for providing single-lung ventilation (SLV) in children too small for adult size double-lumen tubes.
