AbstractSubarachnoid hemorrhages with intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) have been treated with aneurysmal clipping and ventricular drainage. We present a combined treatment with coiling and endoscopy: coiling of the ruptured distal anterior cerebral artery aneurysm and neuroendoscopic removal of IVH.
