Study DesignCase report.ObjectiveWe report a case of severe hypotension associated with prone positioning in a child with scoliosis and pectus excavatum.Summary Of Background DataPectus excavatum is commonly associated with scoliosis and can impact cardiac function.MethodsRetrospective case analysis.ResultsAfter a modified Ravitch procedure to repair the pectus excavatum, the patient was able to undergo posterior spinal fusion.ConclusionsPediatric deformity surgery requires a multidisciplinary approach.
