AbstractCardiovascular, respiratory, CNS, and postoperative effects of using low-dose ketamine and midazolam combined with local anesthesia during 40 outpatient cosmetic procedures are reviewed. This method of anesthesia is safe, effective, and well-tolerated by patients.
