    Septic manubriosternal arthritis in a patient with Reiter's disease.

    AbstractA man with a quiescent Reiter's disease presented with abrupt upper chest pain. This symptom resulted from a septic arthritis of the manubriosternal joint due to staphylococcus aureus cultured from the synovial fluid.
