    AbstractThis article outlines the perioperative management of the parturient who presents for fetal surgery. Anesthetic considerations include the physiological changes of pregnancy, preterm labor, the consequences of tocolytic drugs, maternal and fetal anesthesia, and postoperative analgesia.
