AbstractPercutaneous cannulation allows a prompt approach for establishing veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in acute cardiopulmonary failure. To reduce morbidity, we describe our technique of a real-time ultrasound cannulation of the femoral vessels.© 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
