AbstractWe report the case of a 38-year-old man who, after a blunt chest trauma, developed an acute transmural myocardial infarction. Coronary arteriography revealed a thrombus in the left main artery, occlusion of the distal left anterior descending artery, and a diagonal branch caused by emboli.
