AbstractSuccessful orthotopic liver transplantation may reverse extrahepatic manifestations of the primary chronic liver disease. A well documented improvement of Raynaud's phenomenon, following successful liver transplantation realized for end-stage primary biliary cirrhosis, using repetitive angiological examination and capillary microscopy is presented.
