AbstractPost-traumatic hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm initially appearing as upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage secondary to rupture in the duodenum is rare. Diagnosis was made on selective arteriogram and the patient was managed successfully by ligating the feeding vessel to the aneurysm.
