AbstractA case of idiopathic right pulmonary artery aneurysm with pulmonary valve insufficiency simulating a mediastinal teratoma occurred in an asymptomatic 13-year-old boy. The key to correct diagnosis was pulmonary angiography. The patient was successfully treated with surgery.
