AbstractA 75-year-old woman presented with shortness of breath. Computed tomography pulmonary angiogram revealed two penetrating aortic ulcers in the descending aorta. Transesophageal echocardiogram examination confirmed the diagnosis. In the operating department, a stent graft to the thoracic aorta was inserted.
